With over 18 years devoted to shaping impactful education strategies, we’ve been privileged to train a diverse spectrum of individuals and institutions. Our journey has intersected with the realms of law enforcement, guiding police units, and collaborating with principals from a myriad of higher secondary schools. We’ve worked closely with the heads of numerous high, upper, and lower primary schools, as well as engaged deeply with both school and college students. Our involvement with esteemed entities like UNICEF, ILO, ICDS, ICPS, SIEMAT, the Kerala State Child Rights Commission, DCPU, ORC, CAP, SPC, NSS, ESAF, and Sauhrida has fortified our commitment to nurturing positive changes in the lives of children and youth.

Meet Our Visionaries
Dedicated to safeguarding children for over 9 years, Karthika Rahul's journey in child protection began as a Project Assistant with Our Responsibility to Children (ORC). As a seasoned trainer collaborating with government and non-government initiatives like UNICEF, SCERT, and ESAF Bank, she's sculpted impactful modules and spearheaded innovative projects within the District Child Protection Unit, Kollam District. Her passion for child welfare is fortified by a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology.
With a profound academic background and a heart for guiding others, Dr. Udaya Chandran Thampy's multidimensional expertise shines. A trailblazing Assistant Professor in Physics, a seasoned Postdoctoral Fellow, and a Consultant Psychologist, he holds top ranks in postgraduate certificates and diplomas in Counseling Psychology. His commitment extends as a visiting faculty at the Police Training College, Thrissur, and as a Life Skills Trainer in diverse projects fostering holistic growth, including ORC, SPC, NSS, and CAP.
Biju Simon, the driving force behind Ether India, pioneers youth empowerment and elevates marginalized communities. Instrumental in vital projects nurturing child development and education, he serves as a life skills trainer for esteemed initiatives like SIEMAT, ORC, CAP, SPC, Sauhrida, ESAF Student Club, and numerous educational institutions across Kerala. His transformative efforts redefine possibilities for Kerala's youth.
